We used the application on our system to have a conference call between myself, and a couple of members of my staff using Facebook, and we enjoyed the quality of the call, and I had fun muting those that comically “got out of line” during the call so we could get back to business.

What was neat is, we decided that we wanted feedback, and so I was able to share the conference link on my wall.  This engaged more people to join in, just for fun – it was a great time!  During the call, we all made plans to meet up at a local pizza joint and had a blast!  The good news, all of my staff had a great time, and we met some new friends from my Facebook along the way!  Not only is that SOCIAL, but that this takes FACEBOOK to the next level!  WHOO-HOO!

Earlier I mentioned this would be good for podcasters!  Using this application with a recording app to record calls means you could ultimately conference in up to six people, and record the call, which could then be used to upload as a podcast – or import for post production!  The ideas for this application are endless, and since a lot of people use social networking for business purposes a free conference call application is THE MOST BRILLIANT IDEA to hit a mobile phone!
